(2) Ntchito ya Zakudyazi (zakudya zaposachedwa):

2. Pambuyo pa kutentha kwa nthunzi, filimu yotetezera filimu imapangidwa, pamwamba pake ndi yosalala komanso yonyezimira, ndipo n'zosavuta kukonza;

3. Kuchepetsa kugwiritsa ntchito mafuta pokazinga;

(3) Ntchito yopanga chakumwa cha lactic acid bacteria (yoghurt):

2. Wonjezerani moyo wa alumali wa mankhwala;

3. Kukana kwamphamvu kwa asidi, mtengo wa PH uli mkati mwa 2-4;
