1. Mixed gelling material
There are mainly three types of high alumina cement, ordinary Portland cement, and a-hemihydrate gypsum/anhydrite, accounting for 30%-40%.
2. Mineral filler
Mainly quartz sand and calcium carbonate powder, accounting for 55%-68%.
3. Coagulant regulator
Mainly retarder – tartaric acid, coagulant – lithium carbonate and superplasticizer – superplasticizer, accounting for 0.5%.
4. Rheology modifier
Mainly defoamers and stabilizers, accounting for 0.5%.
5. Enhanced components
Mainly redispersible polymer powder, accounting for 1%-4%.

Performance requirements of self-leveling cement mortar
Self-leveling cement mortar has certain performance requirements, including fluidity, slurry stability, compressive strength, etc.:
1. Fluidity: Generally, the fluidity is greater than 210~260mm.
2. Slurry stability: Pour the mixed slurry on a glass plate placed in a horizontal direction, and observe it after 20 minutes. There should be no obvious bleeding, stratification, segregation, and bubbling.
3. Compressive strength: The compressive strength of the ordinary cement mortar surface layer is above 15MPa, and the compressive strength of the cement concrete surface layer is above 20MPa.
4. Flexural strength: The flexural strength of industrial self-leveling cement mortar should be greater than 6Mpa.
5. Coagulation time: After confirming that the slurry is stirred evenly, ensure that its use time is more than 40 minutes, and the operability will not be affected.
6. Impact resistance: Self-leveling cement mortar should be able to withstand the collision of human body and transported objects in normal traffic, and the impact resistance of the ground is greater than or equal to 4 joules.
7. Bonding tensile strength to the base layer: The bonding tensile strength of the self-leveling material on the cement floor is usually above 0.8 MPa.
