Add directly to production, this method is the easiest and the shortest time-consuming method, the specific steps are as follows:
1. Add a certain amount of boiling water (hydroxyethyl cellulose products are soluble in cold water, so you can add cold water) to the high shear stress stirring container;
2. Turn on the stirring and low-speed operation, and slowly sieve the product into the stirring container;
3. Continue to stir until all the particles are moistened;
4. Add enough cold water and continue to stir until all the product is completely dissolved (the transparency of the solution is significantly improved)
5. Then add other ingredients in the formula
Things to keep in mind when preparing solutions
(1) Products without surface treatment (except hydroxyethyl cellulose) must not be directly dissolved in cold water
(2) It must be sifted slowly into the mixing container, do not add the bulk product directly into the mixing container
(3) The temperature and pH value of the water have an obvious relationship with the dissolution of the product, so special attention should be paid
(4) Before the product powder is wet, do not add some alkaline substances to the mixture, only after the product powder is wet can the ph value be increased, which will help the dissolution
(5) Pre-add anti-fungal agent as much as possible
(6) When using high-viscosity products, the weight concentration of the mother liquor should not exceed 2.5%-3%, otherwise the mother liquor is difficult to operate
(7) Products that have undergone instant treatment shall not be used for food or medicine
